I need these window parts

Question

The part number on the window looks like 8254.
The part number on the inside of the window is 19hd.
I can't find these parts at any local window dealers in the area. They all claim that they have never seen anything like that.
Please help me locate these parts.

I believe I have located the parts you need. Our 15-129 pivot shoe along with our 26-377 pivot bar could be used as replacements for you. Look over the measurements. Are your measurements compatible to ours?
