Although, to confirm that this will be a fit for your door, you'll need to confirm the installation hole spacing. It would also be a good idea to double check that the position of your key lock is offset on the handle.
The mortise lock is sold separately from the handle set. I am sure we can provide you with a replacement for the one you have, but yours appears to be missing the faceplate. May I see a photo of the faceplate?
