Hi Alex. This looks like a Series 395 Channel Balance, but with a unique metal channel length of 11". Can you confirm this? If so, this length is not in our standard inventory for this balance, but we'd be happy to custom make them for you. I need just a little more information to be able to help. One, the stamp code on the metal channel is a bit hard to read. Can you weigh your window sash and give me that exact weight? We need the exact weight to know what strength these balances should be calibrated for. Finally, how many balances doy ou need? From there, we'll get this order started for you. Many thanks.

Yes, the metal channel part is exactly 11 inches. This is for a bathroom window and I need 2 {left and right sides}. And the weight of the window sash is 5.8LB (we can rounded up to 6LB). Can you please let me know how long does it takes to manufacture them? Also how much will they cost and how much is shipping?

Hi Alex. We are actually putting an 11" version of the Series 395 on our website for you. I'll let you know as soon as it's live. You'll need a stamp option of 1010.
