I need to replace coil balance shoe on the lower sash of a Champion double hung window, series 8200.

Question

Would I need a Part 15-577?  And any tips on how to remove the old one and install the new. I don't see any port to provide access.

Thanks for writing in! Yes, the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe would be the correct replacement for the shoe you have here. They are compatible with the Series 152 Coil Balance, which use the 33-072 screw to attach to the shoe.
