I need to replacement pieces for this window and two others just like.

Question

On coil balance is the number 407 J. I think I need both pieces, The one that holds the coil and the pivot lock shoes. The windows at 23 years old according to the tag. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello there. At first glance, this looks like a 15-192 Certainteed Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 170 and Series 171 Coil Balances. However, I suspect this is actually a Simonton window. In that case, although this particular setup looks very similar Certainteed system, they are in fact not compatible, and the 15-192 will not fit your window track properly. Instead, consider our 15-259 and Series 159 Coil Balances. We've found this works as a good substitute. We have a video that explains the process. See below.
