Thanks for writing in! These are not the Series 395 channel balances or any of the standard channel balances we carry in our inventory. What you have is an extended-travel channel balance which will need to be a custom assembly.

I am confident that we can supply you with the correct balance for your window, however, I'll need to see a a clearer photo of the hook on the bottom shoe. It would help best to see it from a front profile view.

Also, I'll need to see to know the exact number of balances you intend to purchase. There is an order minimum of (2) balances per custom balance.

I'm sorry to say that this is still the side angle of the shoe. I'll need to see it from a front end view so that I can see what the hook looks like.
