Thanks for posting. This looks like either the S351-22 or S390-22 Channel Balance. Depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, one of these might work for you. See below. For a stamp option choose 2140. Finally, for the Take-Out Clip see if the 16-002 matches up.
