Your coil balance assembly resembles the 15-180 pivot shoe that is compatible with the Series 190 coil springs. Please compare the dimensions to confirm a good fit!

The original coils should be stamped with a number that indicates the weighted option needed. If there are no markings, please provide the weight of the window sash to move forward. 

Also see the 15-181 double support clip and 15-182 balance bushing if needed.

We do not have an exact match for the pivot bar, but we recommend reviewing the dimensions of the 26-040 pivot bar that is compatible with the 15-180 pivot shoe. Take a look to see if the installation hole distance matches up in your window sash.
