I would like to send a sample...

I believe I have chosen the correct Channel but the image is too rough to verify the choice. Is it possible to send an example and have it returned with the order?
Here's what I have so far...
If you'd like I can either send the part or take pictures of the pieces I need and email back to you?
Thanks for any help you can provide as my local supplies have not been any help at all!

We prefer receiving images via email versus receiving actual samples in the mail. Please upload images to us by attaching them to a reply post.
What do you mean by "end block"? Replacement cord is not available. |

I have enclosed a picture of the broken "end block"
Is there something that could be substituted for the string in the examples?

The balances you pictured do look like the S380-26 with the option 2540.
We do not sell replacement balance cord because we do not recommend trying to fix the internal workings of the channel balance. When something in the internal of the channel balance breaks it is a sign that you need a new balance. Are you referring to the balance shoe 15-005 as the end block? |

I was not referring to the balance shoe but the tackle block in the picture (upper left) of the pictures above. You can see by the example the plastic wheel is broken. I would guess that is an internal working and not recommended for replacement? Thanks for your help and I will place the order above based on your analysis.

We would only recommend fixing broken shoes and tops of these channel balances, everything else is a sign that you need to replace the whole balance.
