the unit is approx 1 and 1/2 " wide and from top of upper coil to bottom of lower coil is

approx 2 and 3/4" high

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe is a match for the 15-111, which uses the S160 coil balances. There should also be a weight code stamped on the springs. If there isn't, please feel free to get back to us with the sash weight, and we can calculate the appropriate spring weights.
