THESE WINDOWS HAVE BEEN IN THE HOUSE SINCE 1996 SINCE WE MOVED IN. THIS FIRST PICTURE IS THE PART THAT WE NEED. THIS PART IS STILL WORKING IN THE WINDOW. I WILL SEND YOU THREE OTHER PICTURES OF THE WINDOW WITH THE BROKEN PART. YOU SHOULD NOW HAVE FOUR SHOTS OF THE PARTS...THE FIRST IS WORKING THE LAST THREE ARE NOT. HOPEFULLY YOU CAN SEND US THE REQUIRED PARTS.

The broken pivot shoe looks like our 15-046. I recommend that you compare your dimensions to our own to ensure that they match. If you also need the balance, consider our Series 600 5/8" tilt balance.

I need to locate on your website the Series 600 5/8 inch tilt balance. I found the 15-046 part that we need along with the proper tool but cannot find the above-mentioned tilt balance. Can someone direct me.
