Right and left operators are needed for:
International Window Corp. 6-0x6-8 LUNAI Door with outswing LH Sidelites Operation. Rod is approx. 9" Screw mounts from outside in the jam groove.

Maybe Series 23 ????
Rear Mounted
Single Arm
4.75" Between Mounting Screws
9.5" Arm

I'm very confident that we can supply a replacement for your operator. Start by looking at our 39-138. Take note of the bearing at the end of the arm, which in the case of the 39-138 is a skinny metal disk. You should make sure yours is the same instead of, say, a thicker nylon wheel.
