Hello there!

Based on what I see here, my recommendation would be the Series 795 channel balance and the 15-195B open-cam shoe that's sold separately. Once you receive your order, you will need to swap the 15-195 closed-cam shoe that comes with the balance by default with the 15-195B. The video below will detail exactly how to do so. Please note, the S795 uses a screw tab to install. If yours uses a hook instead, just let us know! We can still help but it would need to be a custom order. 

As for the pivot bar, review the specifications of our 26-415 and 26-360 to see how they match up with your old one.
