Hello,

We can't be sure without seeing the original hardware but I would recommend starting by reviewing the specifications of the 82-030 handle set. The 3-15/16" hole spacing is especially important. We also offer the 82-265 mortise lock commonly used with this handle set, as well as the 82-249 keeper it engages with. Look them over and see what you think. Thank you!
