Id assistance

A quick learner from St. Albans, VT says:
Hi, I pulled these from a rental unit we own. The previous owner has said that the windows are no longer being made, so I need to find a workaround. Are there any parts which can replace these? The original has no markings on it. The windows are vinyl, and the building was built in 2007. Thanks in advance for any help you can give!

This looks like an older version of our 15-194 channel balance pivot shoe. That said, it's a much older version. I cannot be sure of the 15-194 will just pop right on your balances like the original shoe.

You may need to purchase a new Series 795 balance, however this comes with a larger shoe by default. You'd need to purchase the 15-194 separately and them swap the shoes out when you get them. I'm sorry that we can't offer an easier solution.
