No visible identification markings on parts.
Constant Force Window Balance Shoe is broken, as with Coil, and top coil holder for tilt-out vinyl window; will need to identify compatible replacement for each part if possible. Balance Shoe measures 1.5 in hight, 1.25 in wide, and 9/16 in depth.

Your balance shoe reminds me of the 15-177. Carefully compare the dimensions to confirm that this is the right match.

This shoe uses the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance, which is attached using the 33-072 screw. You'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coil to confirm the coil weight option. If there are none, take a look at the video tutorial, tagged below, for reference.

If you can reuse your existing coil support/cover, that would be suggested. Ours is made using the 15-143 Coil Bushing, 15-144 Coil Bushing Cap, and 15-145 Coil Support Barrel.
