Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-29 and S385-29 channel balances with the 2840 stamp option. You'll have to measure the bottom shoe as shown below to see which one is the best match.

If you note any discrepancies, please let us know.

The bottom shoe measure is 1 3/32 So is the S385-29 balance
What top sash guide do i need for replace the broken ones ?
the top cap measure is 7/8

We'd be happy to help ID your top sash guide but the best match depends on the original. Can you show us photos of an undamaged top sash guide removed from the window? Written out dimensions would be helpful as well.

Ok So the measures i have for the Top sash guide are showing on the pictures i sent to this thread...
1 7/16 long side
5/8 Width
7/8 x 5/8 1/16 top cap
11/16 from top to the screw
