BSI 26C are the only numbers and not sure what brand of window.

Hello there!

It looks like your balance is a match for our S795-26 with the 26C spring strength option. You'll just need to purchase the 15-194 closed cam T-lock shoe separately and swap it with the one that comes with this balance by default, our 15-195.

Please note, the S795 installs with a screw tab but please let me know if yours installs with a hook. We can still help but it would need to be a custom order.
