These measure 1/2" and are 28" long, stamped 2720.

This looks like an S395-28 to me. Look over the dimensions and see if you agree. You'll need a stamp option of 2720.

I agree, I thought they were 395 series. They are stamped 2720.

If the other windows have the same end pieces (understanding the length and weight will be different) would they still be 395 series?

Hey Kirk. Most likely. If the end pieces are indeed the winged top fitting (19-005) and wingless bottom fitting (15-001), then yes, the other balances are indeed the Series 395. You will simply need to get the metal channel length (not including those fittings on either end), and the stamp option or sash weight, as you noted.
