Identify Channel Balance

Needing help identifying the appropriate replacement balances - will need 2 pair. This is a non-tilt window.

Hey there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Before we recommend anything, can you us a photo of the inside of the balance's metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel.

Thanks so much! My recommendation is either the S380-28 or S385-28 with the 2740 stamp option. The difference between these two parts is the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below.
