Identify Constant Force Window Balance

Question

Part size 2 15/16 inch by 1 3/16 inch, not including shoe part in photo.

I need two constant force window balances including shoe and coil springs.

Window manufacturer is Hayfield Windows, Double Hung Window #800

Part # on photo is 801020

Window weight is 24 lbs., so need to support 12 lbs. on each side.

Again, I need parts including shoe and coil springs, for both sides of window.

Thanks for posting. Please see our 15-111 shoe, 15-150D cover, and S160-6 coil spring and let me know if this hardware matches up. They look good to me but go over their details to confirm.
