Hi Alysse. I am sure we can help but we need a little more information. Can you write out the exact length of the metal channel, not including the nylon attachments at both ends? Can you show me any stamp on the metal channel? We'll try and help from there.

The exact length of the metal is 26 inches. The markings on the part are not very legible but I attached a photo.

Perfect, thanks. This looks like either an S380-26 or S385-26 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom shoe. See below. Measure your old shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2540.
