Identify Replacement coil balance parts

Question

Coil is sprung on right side of window as viewed from inside house. Would like to replace both sides. Can you tell me correct parts to order?

Hello,

We can't be sure with the hardware still installed, but I'd suggest starting by comparing the 17/32" deep 15-199 pivot shoe to yours. This shoe is used with the Series 160 and Series 165 constant force coil springs, depending on the width of your original springs.
