Identify Tilt Window Parts

Home Owner from Loomis, CA 95650

Of my seven similar windows, 3 have broken parts of the type shown in the photos.

I'll be looking for a window repair person to repair the windows.

Great if you could provide Swisco part numbers.

Thanks,

Krause

Hello,

We'd be happy to look into this for you but we'll need more information to get started. for your sash lock and tilt latch, we'll need you to write out the exact distance between the center of the installation holes to narrow down your options. We'll also need to see the vent latch labeled as "unknown part" removed from the sash frame to compare to our selection. Thank you!

Hello Casey,

Thanks for the reply!

I've attached Photos of broken Tilt Latch and dimensions for all the parts.

The house was built in 1995 and the sun has baked and cracked the plastic parts.

Several windows will need parts.

Great if you have parts, part numbers, prices and how to order.

Thenks,

Howard

Thanks for getting back to us. Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for the vent latch shown in your photos. It's similar to the 26-148 but considerably wider. You could try an 'aftermarket' latch kit like our 26-387 and see if you could adapt this to your window. Otherwise, you'll need to get in touch with the original manufacturer and see if they can supply you with an exact replacement.

We also do not carry tilt latches like yours with 2-9/16" hole spacing. Our closest options would be the 26-193 and 26-194. Note that the installation holes measure 2-5/8" on center as shown below.

As for the sash lock, take a look and review the dimensions of the 90-005 as a possible replacement.
