Identify Window Balance

Question

Hi folks,

Could use your help to ID some PGT window sash balances. Sash is about 17 inches wide and weighs 9 lbs. Maybe... Series 395 option 3610?

I also have several other similarly-tall sashes that need help. They are wider at 24" and 34". Not sure of their sash weights yet.

Hello, thank you for posting,

I agree that your balance resembles the Series 395 channel balance. The length of the metal channel excluding the nylon attachments should measure 37" long and you will need a 3610 stamp option.

Please review and let us know if you have any additional quesitons.

For the other sashes, you will want to remove the original balances to confirm they have the same style attachments.
