Identify Window Balance Shoe

I need to identify the type of shoe fitting that I need to replace my window channel balance. Please see the attached photos and advise the type of shoe I need.

Hello,

Your balance looks like our S795 channel balance, which comes with the 15-195 1-1/4" shoe. We also have the 15-194 1" shoe if yours is on the smaller side. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!

Hello Casey- Thanks you for your quick response. Can you let me know whether or not I need to replace the window clips that connect to the shoe or will this replacement shoe work with the existing clip in the window?

I'm not sure what clip it is you're referring to. That could describe a ton of different parts. Can you go into more detail? Could we see a picture of the part in question?

As for your hardware, I recommend going with an all new balance instead of just a shoe. From your photos it looks like your spring is sprung. Even if it's still functional, I doubt it will stay that way for long; when the shoe breaks like that, it's usually a sign that the balance is not far after.

If you can show us that clip I'm certain that we can identify it.

Hi Paul- Thanks for your response. I had called into your office yesterday and got my question answered. I did order 2 new balances, not just the shoe. Thanks again!
