Identify Window Balance, order parts.

A quick learner from Racine Wisconsin says:
A 7L (Pretty faded) is stamped on the balance.
These two parts came out of the window track on the right side of the window, looking from the inside--out.
I'm believing the parts on the left side of the window are similar.
Do they come as a set or do they have to be ordered individually?
I need to repair two of these same style windows.
There is a third piece that came out of the track as a part of the coil at the top but I was at my limit for pictures. I can send it if you need it.

Our 15-087 pivot shoe looks like a good match for what you show here. This part is designed to use the Series 180 coil springs and 16-024 mounting bracket. You will also need the S180-7 7-pound spring based on the 7 stamp on the pivot shoe. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
