Identify a Non Tilt Block and Tackle Window Balance

The balance is of length 26'' but there are numbers marked as 25-5 at the back (as shown in one of the pictures). Would you please help to identify the window balance? Thanks a lot.

25-5 balances are usually 26" long, so that checks out. Balances with "wings" on the top and bottom attachments belong to either Series 380 or Series 385. Therefore, yours is either S380-26 or S385-26, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe, shown below. 1" shoes come with the S380-26 and 1-3/32" shoes come with S385-26.
In both cases, you should check the "2550" stamp option, which is similar to 25-5. Our 2550 holds 25 to 28 pounds. If your window sash weighs within that range, then you can use 2550, too.
