Identify appropriate replacement parts

Hello - I've attached the two types of openers that are installed in the casement windows around the office - one right hand, the other left hand. What are the appropriate replacement parts for each of these?

Thanks for posting. See the 39-155 and 39-156 Dual-Arm Operators. These look like yours, but confirm the dimensions match. For the cover and handle, see the 39-107 and 39-114L.

Thank you, Bob. Not sure how old these are. Probably original hardware from the 1990s? Just wondering about their reliability. What causes the failure? Do they just wear out after 30 years, or did we not do something to maintain and prolong their life?

It's not unexpected for this operators to fail after several decades--they can just wear down from age, rust, sunlight, etc. If the 39-155 and 39-156 match dimensionally, they should work just fine for you.
