Identify balancer in attached pictures

We're happy to help with this. Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel

I'm not sure what stop clips you're referring to. Could you remove one from the window and show us a photo? 

Thank you for the additional photos! The take out clip looks like a match for the 16-002. My apologies I should have been clearer; we need to see the inside of the balance's metal channel, not the window channel.

Thank you kindly! Based on what I see here, you can use the S380-27 or S385-27 with the 2640 stamp option. The best match depends on the depth of the bottom shoe so you'll have to measure as shown below.
