Identify correct window channel : SWISCO.com

Hi Team, I would like to place an order to buy window channels. By looking at various window channels that are available on the website, I couldn't figure out which one is correct. I have attached a few photos of the window channel that I have currently. Can you please assist me with buying the correct size?

Hi there, Samir.

We can certainly help with this. It looks like you have the S380-28 or S385-28 depending on the depth of the balance's bottom fitting. The image below will show exactly what I mean. You will also need the 2730 spring strength option.
