Identify double coil sash pivot shoe

Question

Need help finding a replacement for this tandem coil shoe balance. It has a black brake on the back, the cast metal pivot pin cylinder is broken, I cannot find a replica anywhere, unless a retrofit is done.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at the 15-177 which uses the S152 coil balances (sold separately). For new coil spring supports, see the 15-143 bushing, 15-144 bushing cap, and 15-145 barrel. These parts "sandwich" over each coil spring. Review the specifications and let us know if you have any questions.
