The characters stamped on my balance are 22 11 FBS1. Which replacement do I order?

Hello! That code doesn't identify the balance, surprisingly. Channel balances can be identified by comparing the plastic attachments.
Use our handy channel balance guide to try to figure out which Series you need. Then, measure the metal channel from end to end to select your balance length.
Finally, you'll need to remove your sliding window sash from the frame and weigh it. The weight can be compared to a chart on the balance webpage (once you select the Series and length) to determine the strength "option" that you need to buy.
