Identify operator and handle

Hello! Thanks so much for reaching out to us. What you have here is an older version of the more modern 39-027E. I'm confident that this operator will work for you. The design of the base is a little different but it's compatible with all the same applications.

We also sell the 39-114L handle, as well as the 39-028E for the opposite side.
