Question

House was built in 1972, still has original windows. Looking for a balance.  Has gray outer plastic, tip has no weight color code, length is 25 inches . Are these still available?

Hello,

Take a look at either our S400-25 or S500-25 spiral balances, depending on the diameter of the balance tube. If the colored tip is missing on both balances, you'll need to weigh your window sash and follow the chart under our product description to choose the correct tip color for your balances.
