Hello I am looking for a part number for crank handle and the actual operating arm per the attached pictures below. This is what it looks like without the cover.

Hi there!

We appreciate you reaching out to us. It appears you need a new operator. The worm gear coming off with the handle is a sign that the operator has broken down and needs to be replaced. We should be able to help but I'll need to see a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible.

Thanks for the photos! They're a huge help. Start by taking a look at the 39-155 and 39-156 operators that have a 3-13/16" long link arm. We also sell the 39-031 and 39-032 with a 4-7/16" long link arm. Review the specifications and compare them with yours to see how they match up.
