Identify parts

Question

The pivot shoe is 2 inches long (top to bottom) and the depth (front to back) looks to be 5/8 inch. I do not see a slot to remove it. Any idea what the product is and how to remove it?
Tilt latch might be a little over 2 inches?
the spiral balance appears to be red and have not removed cover to get exacta measurement but outside cover is 36 inches

Your pivot shoe looks similar in design to our 15-046, but the only way to verify is to remove it. If your window doesn't already have a cutout then one must be made. I'll share a video below that describes how this can be done.

Regarding the tilt latch, see our 26-243A and 26-244A. As with the pivot shoe, you need to compare all dimensions before you buy anything.
