Identify parts - plastic connectors

I need to replace plastic connectors for top and bottom
of the spring. Need part name or number. House was builder in 2001.
I accept any recommendation for other parts that may work.

Hello there!

We don't sell the plastic connectors shown here but our Series 795 can replace this old-style balance as long as the spring diameter measures 1/2". We recommend confirming that first. If it's indeed 1/2", you can follow the video tutorial below on the conversion.
