I have not measured this Pivot shoe yet. But I have multiple windows where they have failed when not even in use.
Hopefully the pictures give it away as it doesn't seem to follow what's available. Chatgpt is suggesting that 15-047 might be a good match.

Hey there. This looks like a 15-195B Open Cam T-Lock Shoe, which works with Series 795 Channel Balances.
