Identify shoe balance

We're happy to look into this. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window and show us a few photos? Can you also confirm whether this balance uses a screw or a hook to install?

Are you looking to replace the balance as well? This looks like the Series 795 except yours installs with a hook. We can still help but it must be a custom order. Can you tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel? How many balances are you looking to order? I can get the ball rolling once I have that.
