Identify spiral tilt window balance

Thanks for your post! The Series 600 Balance would be the best option for the repair since this is a tilt window. The Series 500 is made for non-tilt windows.

You may be able to repair the window by adding tension back into the balance using the 75-006 charging tool. However, if that does not work, you will need to replace the balances. Take a look at the guide below for instructions on adding tension to the balance.
