Unfortunately, we don't carry your exact window balance, but past customers with this hardware have used the Series 795, which is easier to install. We believe the metal channel you have is 27", but make sure to confirm. If so, you will need our S795-27. Your balance stamp is 26C, so you'll most likely need (27C) options for a sash weight between 17-22 lbs. To be safe, you can weigh the sash to confirm it falls within the supported range. 

How to measure the length of the Series 795 channel balance.

To install the new balances, place the bottom T-Lock in the track and twist it to lock it in place. Then, raise the balance to screw the balance cord clip at the top of the window track. Place a slotted screwdriver tip into the metal cam and turn the cam towards you to release the brake before bringing the balance down about six inches and turning the cam up to lock it. Do the same on the other side, but bring the balance down about three inches. Now install your sash. See our related videos for more help. Thanks for posting!
