Identify this pivot shoe.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-046, However, ours is 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick. You'll want to remove yours from the window track and measure it for a more accurate measurement. The video below will show you the steps to remove your old pivot shoe using the cutout method.
