Need to idenyify and order 10 pieces of this balance. # stamp is 2840 then there is a CJ AJ after. balance is 29" long

Your window balance can be replaced with either the S378-29 or the S380-29. To confirm which of these is the correct series, measure the depth of the bottom shoe.

Our 2840 stamp will support a sash weighing 23 to 28lbs.
