Hi, I'm hoping you can help me identify the replacement for these Caldwell channel balances. The numbers stamped on the balance say "19 4 IS CALDWELL". I'm including some photos. Thanks so much.

Hi, thanks for reaching out to us here at SWISCO. It looks like you have either an S380-20 or an S385-20. You'll need to measure the depth of the bottom shoe to determine which one is correct for you. As shown in the photo below, the two shoes are nearly identical with the difference of just 3/32". Once you've determined the correct balance, you can go with the "1940" option for a sash weight range of 14 to 17 lbs. This corresponds with the "19 4 IS CALWELL" stamp you mentioned.
