Identifying Picture Window Disintegrated Exterior Weather Stripping

I'm not sure there's enough of the exterior weather stripping to identify what to use to replace it. We didn't install these windows so we don't even know the manufacturer and it's the only one of its kind throughout the house. Before we just caulk it I thought I'd reach out to the professionals to see if you had any recommendations. Fingers crossed you can identify or recommend a proper exterior weather stripping product.

We've identified the window as Anderson picture window.

There is only this 1 Renewal by Anderson window with Anderson casements on either side in the house. We tried for hours and endless calls to Anderson (who definitively said the were Renewal by Anderson. Renewal by Anderson says this address isn't in their system therefore not installed by them yet no one is authorized to install these windows except them. The windows have their identifying signature markings etched into the glass yet they couldn't/wouldn't offer a part number for the exterior weather stripping. Exhausting and frustrating. I appreciate you looking and attempting to assist us.
