Hello. I need to replace two balances and pivot shoes. My window is 14lbs. I believe I need part number S770-22 B but my balance depth is 1/2 inch (5/8 seems to be more popular) and I want to confirm which balance and pivot before I purchase. Can you help? Thank you.

Hello there. If the metal channel is 22" long and stamped 22B, then I agree, the balance looks like an S770-22 with a stamp option of 22B. The pivot shoe might be either the 15-129 or 15-167, but you'll need to remove the old one and compare with the specs below to determine which matches what you have. Let me know what you find.
