Identifying parts

A handy person says:
Hi there. First, you guys are awesome. I've ordered parts from you before - they're the most obscure parts in the world and their relatively inexpensive and you make it easy.

Ok, so for this repair, I need two Channel Balances and one take out clip. On the channel balances, this sash is slightly heavier than the last one. Coming in at 25.8 pounds. I have measured the size to be ~27" without the "shoes", with is ~ 28in. Please refer to the photo for the coding on the items.

Last time around I ordered the below. That was a similar windows that is located next to this window. However the one I am looking to repair now is wider.

27" Series 390 Channel Balance S390-27 option: 2640

Look forward to hearing from you

thanks

Am I correct to say that your top and bottom are both "wingless" like the 19-002 and 15-001? If so, the balance you're showing is either an S351-27 or an S390-27 with a 2640 or 2650 (we'll get to that later) strength option.

Measure the bottom shoe, as shown below. If it comes out as 1-1/8", that's a Series 390. If it measures 1", it's Series 351.

As for the option that I mentioned, here's the deal: your old balance is a 2650, but you can use a 2650 or a 2640. Your window weight is directly between the two weight ranges, so it's essentially preference. If you're slightly below 26 pounds, you might be best off with the 2640, as you noticed. 71
