Identifying the right part number for window balance

Question

I had ordered part S380-29, but I seem to have gotten the bottom shoe incorrect.

The top guide matches, but the bottom shoe appears to be slightly larger (about 1/8th of an inch) with these new balances and thus won't fit in the window.

I realize the 385 series is similar, but from what I read the shoe depth is larger than I need.

I've included the best pics I could to help see the issue.

Can you help identify where I am going wrong?

Sorry to hear the Series 380 did not work for you. Looking at your shoe, I think you might need one with a 7/8" depth, such as our 15-029. Look it over to confirm. Now, none of our stock balances use this shoe, but we can provide balances for you that use it via a custom order. I'm sending you an email with a custom link to order ten(10) 29" balances, stamped 2850, with the 19-005 Top and 15-029 Bottom attached.
