Identiy the correct top sash

Hello,

I order 2 S800-24 : 24" Series 800 Channel Balance which seem to match the ones removed perfectly. I sadly did not realize I needed a top sash at the time of my order. Which Sash do I need? mine measures 1 inch across at the top the bottom is 5/8ths and the top to the middle of the 1 screw hole is 7/8th. There is only one screw hole not 2.
